Local Honey

Because of the large distances a bee can fly in its search for nectar there is no certified organic honey produced in the UK (there simply aren't any farms that are big enough). We'd much rather stock a local non-organic honey that one from another continent. We mainly source our honey from Dr. Bill Block, a character who will be familier to many people in the local bee-keeping fraternity as he is the former chairman of the Cambridge Beekeepers Association and regularly wins trophies for his excellent honey at their annual meetings. Bill trains would be beekeepers too. Bill has six hives, two of which are at his home in Cambridge.
