As well as producing delicious organic vegetables, Meadowbrook Farm has an abundance of wildlife and if you are lucky you may even spot a kingfisher patrolling the stream that runs alongside the farm. Charlie is a very experienced grower, and his farm is an excellent example of how growing crops in rotation can maintain fertility levels of the soil and reduce the risk of soil bourne diseases. Charlie can often be found selling his vegetables at local farmers markets.
