The Proprietor of the Cambridge Organic Food Co., Duncan, has an HNC in organic farming & growing that was taken at Otley College near Ipswich. Marina O'Connell was his tutor on this course. The picture shows Mark and Marina and some fellow students at a recent college reunion at Marina's smallholding. Marina adopts many biodynamic methods in her farming and a new feature on the farm is a low impact straw bale building.
