COFCO 10 Year Anniversary Party, report and pictures

On Saturday the 19th of April this year the Cambridge Organic Food Co. celebrated 10 years of business by throwing a massive party for the members of its box scheme, suppliers and freinds. More than 400 people attended. Were you there? If so maybe you can spot yourself in one of the pictures below.

Food and Drink

As you would expect from a Cambridge Organic Food Co. a buffet of delicious local and organic food was laid on. Each member of the COFCO team had come up with their own signature dish. There was also salad from Adrain Izzard, bread from Cobs bakery and in teh green gazebo was and organic hog roast, provided by Knibbs using an organic pig from Croxton Park.

The bar was manned by Tim and Paul from Milton Brewery. They did, of course, bring with them several barrels of their finest ales. Pegasus, Nero, Dyonisus and Minatour. Find out more about milton brewery by clicking here

Entertainment

Above. Bijoumiyo, possibly the best live act around Cambridge at the moment, entertained the crowds late into the evening. Below. Duncan introduces another local band, The Jelly Royale. Music was also provided by Clara Kousah, who was performing songs from her brand new album Dark to Light, DJ Shaun Dobson and our very own Dave 'Crow' Barr.
