Our February-March issue of our Courgette magazine is now out. Veg box members should have received a copy in their delivery this week – or we'll include one in your next delivery if you didn't have one this week.

This issue features a recipe for a teetering tower of veggie burger and tips on hot to love the ugly-on-the-outside celeriac. It also has important information on a new website and new payment system, which are both on their way. Finally, we explain our approach to a very important issue: the use of plastic to prevent fragile leafy items from wilting.
