We've found out that there was a crucial ingredient missed from the list for the recipe of Angie's Almond and Raspberry traybake in the August/September issue of our regular Courgette magazine. The missing item is 320g of self-raising flour. Thank you to all of our members who got in touch to ask how much flour was required. Although it's a terrible shame that we made such a mistake, it's actually really nice to know how many people were keen to make the recipe and asked for the missing quantity!
